How do I hire a cleaning service?
We promise to make this as simple as possible….just contact us and we will schedule your free in-home estimate. No pressure, we show you our plan and you decide what works best for you.
Does Assured Cleaning provide the supplies?
We will bring in all the supplies for the 1st clean. If you’re satisfied with your clean and want to move forward, then you will provide the supplies. We have put a list of supplies together that we know will work. Things are expensive and we would try to use your supplies before new ones are purchased.
What if I have no clue where to purchase supplies or I'm unable to find the suggested supplies?
We can provide all supplies a little above cost. Our goal is to make this as simple as possible.
Do I need to provide a sweeper?
Yes! Carrying a sweeper from house to house in not sanitary. There is possibility of spreading germs, bugs, and also the chance of causing allergy flare-ups from pet hair and dander.
Do you charge by the hour or job?
Move In/Out and Detail cleans are by the hour. Maintenance cleans are by the job.
Have your employees had background checks?
Yes! We run background checks on all our employees. Not only that, but usually the employees are someone that has been referred to me or that we personally know. Check out the Meet the Team Page.
